I looked up from my holiday activities and realized I had not done a blog post this month! I guess sometimes life gets in the way of blogging.
Well the presents are bought and wrapped, decorations are up, cookies are baked and I'm doing my last bit of baking today. I'm trying out a new peppermint cake recipe, I hope it turns out, it's always a gamble with a new recipe.
I thought I share with you my santa tag collection. About 10 years ago I noticed the variety of the santa gift tags I had and thought they would look fun displayed in a bowl. Needless to say the collection had grown over the years. The tags have been collected from many different sources, stationary or gift stores, Target, trips to New York and I have even found some at the grocery or drug stores. I probably have over 50 different tags but I'm afraid to count them!
Some of the Santa's are vintage looking, others modern, cute, jolly, stern or joyful.
This last Santa looks like he is done for the night, sitting down resting his feet after a busy night!
We hope Santa brings you a holiday season will be filled with joy and happiness!
