We are having really warm weather here in Michigan this week, it has been in the 70's every day. This is about 30 degrees above normal for this time of year. So we have the early arrival, by almost a month, of our spring flowers. The lenten roses are the first to arrive, sometimes coming up while there is still snow on the ground.
And everyones favorite little bulbs, crocuses ….
What's blooming in your garden?
Hope you have a wonderful weekend and a great St. Patty's Day!!

Beautiful! Hopefully, I'll have flowers to post!
Our weather has been warm, hasn't it? I live down in the southeastern corner of Michigan - in Temperance. Did you get alot of storms where you are yesterday afternoon and evening? They were just awful here. It's so nice to see the sun this morning.

Such lovely blooms! And, I suppose, even more remarkable since they are so early, and shining forth in such unusually warm weather! Have a good weekend!
thank you for your warm visit and kind words. so glad we have found each other!

Just stunning images. I was snapping images of peach blossoms and lithodora ground cover this am. Then I cut grass. Now I need a nap but that is not happening. Have a terrific weekend sweetie!

The crocuses are so pretty I have 2 little ones peeking out
I wanted you to know I put Henry's friends on my blog today
Spring is so far off for me where I live that I really enjoyed your flowers.

Your flowers are beautiful, Laura. The picture of the purple ones are amazing. The petals are so delicate, and I can almost smell them from here.

Beautiful photos Laura! I don't have anything started yet. I purchased some marigolds that I need to repot. Starting very slowly here. We are supposed to have another cold front this coming week. The mulberry trees are taking there toll on the allergies.
Have a great weekend.

Så vackert! Här är det ännu så länge bara snödroppar som kommit i blom, men om värmen håller i sig blir det snart ketchupeffekt på blomning:)
Beautiful flowers.
Regards and best wishes
the Lenten Rose has captured my heart; exquisite colouring! Is it like a hellebore? All your photos beautiful

No flowers yet, but I don't have many crocus bulbs in the ground....next year is going to be different! And the Lenten Rose (hellebore?) is just glorious.
Great photographs of lovely flowers! :)
My fruit trees have already bloomed and are now leafed out and my irises are just about ready to bloom!

Amazing weather -- no flowers blooming here yet, but soon.
Lovely flowers and I'm so happy you decided to share at YSB this week. Thank you. :)
Crocuses here too. Lots of other greenery popping up but not yet ready to bloom.
Lovely work!

Ahh, I can smell them now! Such lovely blooms! My mango tree has burst into bloom. I hope she's not spreading her wings too soon!

Beautiful flowers! We are having unseasonably warm weather, too, but just a few hints of green in the garden.
Nothing yet, but your garden is certainly "coming to life"--lovely flowers to start the Spring off. Mickie :)
